Restohub Sales & Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing and Delivery Times We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, Mail Boxes, Etc., or the UPS Store type stores where you may have a designated box.  Most orders can be processed within two business days.  We will ship your order in 3-10 business days.  Depending on your location and the carrier, the shipment will then take an additional 1-5 days in transit.  If there will be a delay longer than that, we will notify you via email immediately.  For non-alcoholic shipments, we ship 2 day air, 3 day air, and Ground to most U.S. locations.   For details on the sale and shipment of wines, please refer to the section below entitled, “Sale and Shipment of Alcoholic Beverages.”  “Please note that International orders will take longer to process and deliver.  Call Restohub.com or email us with any international shipping concerns. 
  • Product Availability – Please understand that some of the items we sell are only available to us in limited quantities and some are imported from manufacturer’s outside of the U.S.  We make every effort to update our Site to reflect out of stock conditions, but it is possible that an item(s) you purchased is on back order.  In the case of gift baskets, if we are out of one or two single items contained in the gift basket, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product.  If we are out of stock of three or more items, we will contact you via the email address you provided when purchasing through our Site.  If an order for merchandise cannot be fulfilled at all, we will notify you via email and we will process a credit to your credit card within 3-5 business days. 

  • Technical AvailabilityRestohub.com makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability.  In cases where we do experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted. 
  • Prices – the prices listed on the Site are current as long as they are displayed and are subject to change at our discretion. 


  • Shipping and Handling Rates – These rates include the cost of cardboard boxes, foam inserts, or other packaging materials needed to insulate and protect your merchandise in addition to the cost of labor and all charges levied by carriers. 
  • Insurance Restohub.com automatically provides insurance for each order placed on-line at no additional cost.  Our insurance policy protects our Customers from any damage or lost packages during transit. 
  • Payment and Sales TaxRestohub.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  We accept Pay Pal for close out purchases only.  For orders shipped within the U.S., tax is only assessed to purchases within the state of Nevada as State Law requires.  Purchases from other states will not be charged a sales tax.  You should consult the laws in your state to determine whether or not you should self access and remit any sales or use taxes related to purchases on this Site. 
  • Sale and Shipment of Alcoholic Beverages – Restohub.com does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.  By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21.  Restohub.com makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21.  By using this Site, you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Restohub.com is over the age of 21.  When wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he/she is at least 21 years old.  You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Restohub.com is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.  If you do not agree with these conditions of use, please do not use this Site.  If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Restohub.com will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.
     
  • We strongly recommend during the summer months to select the 2 or 3 day air delivery option for all gift baskets containing wine.  We realize that air shipping is more expensive…however, your wines should arrive in good condition due to less time sitting in a truck on the highway. 
  • Shipment of Non-alcoholic Items – Orders for all non-alcoholic items (for example, gift baskets not containing wine) are not restricted to certain states and can be shipped throughout the United States.

  • Shipping Wine – Please call Restohub.com for availability of domestic wine shipments, for a quote on international wine shipments, and for shipping rates and locations that we deliver to.

  • Title and Risk – Title to merchandise you order passes to you in Nevada as soon as it leaves our doors.  The buyer is solely responsible for shipments of wine.  We make no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside  Nevada.  In fact, there are certain states we cannot ship wine to.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.  It is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state, especially regarding the shipment of wine.
     
  • We retain Title to all goods or merchandise you have ordered and not paid for entirely (including taxes, shipping and handling charges).  If goods within our ownership are held by any third party on your behalf, you will (upon our request), instruct the third party to hold the goods to our order. 

  • Delivery Attempt – It is YOUR responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.  If no one is available to receive the package, depending on the carrier and the merchandise ordered, a subsequent attempt to deliver may be made.  Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business delivery address to insure the fastest delivery time.  If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to Restohub.com and you will be required to pay the cost of shipping and handling as well as a $60 restocking fee, regardless if you decide to cancel the order. 

 

A friendly reminder, we use Fed Ex for Domestic Shipments, UPS for global shipping services and USPS for legal business correspondence.
