Restohub Refund and Return Policy
- All Wholesale refunds must obtain prior approval by Restohub.com’s Accounting Department. Please refer to your Wholesale Contract Agreement.
- Close out merchandise is not subject to any refunds.
- Opened, used or damaged products/merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. All returned merchandise must be received in the same original packaging. You the customer will pay for all shipping and handling charges back to Restohub.com.
- To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund your purchase price within 15 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund. Due to the perishability of our products, no order containing food or beverages will be refunded if shipped back to Restohub.com more than 30 days from the date of delivery.
A $60 restocking fee will be charged on all returned beverages.
