    What Information Do We Collect?

    When you visit Restohub.com website, you may provide us with two types of information:  personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our Site.

    • Registration Information -  You will provide us information about yourself, your company, and your practices when you register to be a member of Restohub.com, register for certain services, or register for email newsletters and alerts.  You may also provide additional comments on how you see Restohub.com serving your needs and interests.

    Similar to other commercial websites, Restohub.com website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used.  Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of your visits, pages viewed, time spent at our website, and the websites visited just before and after our website.  We, our advertisers and ad serving companies may also use small technology or pieces of code to determine which advertisements and promotions users have seen and how users responded to them. 

    How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?

    What Are Cookies?

    How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies?

    The security of your personal information is important to us.  Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication.  For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us via email.  When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) 256 bit encryption services.  Pages utilizing this technology will have URLs that start with https instead of http.  You you should see a locked padlock on the top of your browser window.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee is absolute security. 

    Disclaimer and Disclosures

    We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and safety as well as those of  our users/customers, affiliates or third parties, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, subpoena, court order, or other legal process served on our Site. 

    What About Other Websites Linked Our Website?

    We are not responsible for the practices employed by Websites linked to/from our Site nor the information or content contained therein.  Often links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Site.
