Vincenzo Ascione
Chief Executive Officer
Vince was born and raised in Ercolano, Naples Italy where he developed a passion for gastronomy and service at an early age while flipping pizzas at a local family restaurant. 
His brother Sal recognized his talent and encouraged Vince to pursue a career in the hospitality business.

Vince studied Hotel, Culinary, and Business Management in Naples, Switzerland, and Salzburg Austria.  He has worked both abroad and in the U.S. for nearly 30 years in the Culinary and Hospitality Industry and is fluent in six different languages:  Italian, English, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese.

Lately his passion for gourmet food has led Vince to be an avid wine student, enabling him to pair wines with his menu concepts.  With Vince’s extensive and cultural background, education, and training, he decided to launch Restohub.com, an on-line retail brokerage firm showcasing a variety of high quality food and beverage products, including European Specialties at reasonable prices.  Vince is also introducing on-line Catering services which will provide a variety of menu options for corporate needs.  Last, but certainly not least, is Restohub’s on-line Concierge services.  Why not compliment your travel plans while in Las Vegas for business or pleasure?  This will be especially appealing to overseas clients looking for an organization to lean on for total entertainment packages.

Debbie Grimstad
Office Manager
Debbie was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Daymar College in Louisville Kentucky with a degree in Business & Paralegal studies.  She brings over 20 years of customer service experience with her along with a natural ability to make sure people are satisfied with our products and services.

 Debbie’s experience over the years includes property management, real estate, and mortgage lending and investment opportunities such as: Home Properties Inc. in Long Island NY, Development Marketing Group, Performanc Marketing & Advertising, and Kaufman & Broad in Las Vegas, NV.  Debbie’s extensive logistic directory experience at Gonzalo & Schuster in San Paulo Brazil makes us realize that our office leadership is in great hands… setting us apart in service and satisfaction.

Debbie also worked overseas in Valencia, Spain for a few years as a clerk doing paralegal work for Montaldo & Fernandes Law Firm.
There she handled both large and small corporate import and export account services.  We are excited to have her expertise and look forward to her working with our distribution team.

Tina Yvonne
Chief Financial Officer
Tina was born in Wisconsin but grew up in Evanston, Illinois and Fairfax, Virginia.  She was the fourth out of seven children born in her family.  Tina graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting which lead to a very successful career in accounting.

Tina is an Innovative and Technical Accounting Professional with over 20 years experience in both profit and non-profit organizations.  Her breadth of experience is diverse and includes not only billion dollar organizations such as Dell Corp., Oracle Inc. and Marsh U.S.A., but also start-up companies like Best Health Products, Inc. and now Restohub LLC. Tina’s strengths include mentoring, organizing, systematizing, and written documentation.

Tina is also a recent graduate of the Culinary Institute of Las Vegas located in Henderson, Nevada, where she maintained a GPA of 3.90.  In addition to her training in the U.S., she also studied International Cuisine extensively in Italy and Switzerland.  Tina’s training, education and passion for cooking will help successfully launch the company’s on-line catering business as she partners with Steve Morris in the area of Menu Development.  Email Tina or Steve with catering ideas, feedback or comments. 

 

 

 




Steve Morris
Director of Sales and Marketing
Steve carries a reputable last name in the music/entertainment industry thanks to his dad, Bobby Morris’ famous legacy.  Steve started helping out his dad’s marketing campaign while they were touring in the 60’s.  However, music wasn’t his passion and he had no desire to follow in his dad’s footsteps.

Steve graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing.  As a graduation gift, Steve’s dad gave him a trip to Europe.  While touring Italy, Steve fell in love with Tuscany and its traditional cuisine.  As a result, Steve decides to linger in Tuscany a bit longer and while there, he completed a course on Italian cooking.

Well, ever since then, Steve has worked in the Food/Beverage and Hospitality industries.  In fact, for the past 15 years, Steve has worked in different positions and capacity for some of the most prestigious restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada.  In the last seven years, Steve’s experience and expertise led him to the food distribution business working in the marketing department of Di Canio foods Imports (Pittsburg, PA).  While there, Steve increased Sales by 25%, generating revenue in the millions. 

Distance and a lot of traveling made Steve realize that it was time to move back to Nevada and be closer to his family.  At first, Steve was a consultant and food broker for us and then last year, he joined our team as Director of Events.  Then he focused his efforts on Marketing and now Menu Development, helping our talent Tina Yvonne in the creation of our catering on-line services.
